Users, contractors, vendors or third parties must not:
• Upload, process, analyze or use HMC materials in any AI, machine-learning, or algorithmic system for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or dataset creation;
• Permit automated crawlers, bots, APIs, or external systems to access or retain HMC materials for AI development;
• Use, store, or reproduce HMC content in any publicly available dataset, model, or library for generative or analytic purposes.
8.3 Permitted Internal Use
HMC may use AI tools internally (e.g., for editing, organization, creative assistance) provided that:
• No confidential, unpublished, or proprietary HMC material is entered into public or non-enterprise AI systems;
• Tools used are under contract or platform terms that prohibit data retention or model training using HMC content.
8.4 Enforcement & Remedies
Unauthorised use of HMC materials for AI training or data harvesting constitutes a breach of contract, intellectual property infringement and trade-secret misappropriation (under 18 U.S.C. §1836 and applicable state law). HMC will pursue injunctive relief, damages, takedown or destruction of infringing datasets, and legal fees.

9. International Use & Cross-Border Data Transfers
If you are located outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. by HMC or its service providers. By using the Site, you consent to such transfer and processing in accordance with this Policy.
